While Jax House of Ribs is a new undertaking, it’s roots can be traced back to the turn of the century in Boston, Massachusetts. The founders of Jax House of Ribs’ parent company immigrated to the United States and built a chain of restaurants and food delivery services. Three generations later, the pride of the American dream lives on at Jax House of Ribs. The founding traditions upon which these businesses were built have never and will never change.
